On Astrofat.it you have the right to withdraw from the purchase* without any penalty, by notifying your decision within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Products that are to be exchanged/returned must be as received, complete with labels and unused. The use of the product invalidates the right to withdraw from the order.
To make an online return:
- Log in to your account
- Open the order page for which you want to make a return
- Select "Request return"
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and for each one indicate the reason for the return
- Indicate in the notes any products you wish to exchange your item for
Once the request has been sent, await an email from our Customer Service. If your request complies, it will be approved and you will receive an email containing the address to which to send the items to be returned and details regarding any exchange or refund.
*The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by natural persons, not by legal entities or by natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity.
